How to Link Your Account & Earn Coins

Step 1: Access Your Eshop Account

Click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page to log in or create a new Eshop account. (Important: If you are an existing noc member, please register using the exact same email address to ensure your accounts sync correctly.)

Step 2: Verify & Link Your Membership Account

After logging into your Eshop account, a pop-up will ask you to link your rewards profile. Follow the on-screen steps to enter your mobile number registered with the “Not Only Coffee Rewards Programme” and complete the OTP (One-Time Password) verification.

Alternatively, you can click the floating “noc 5%” button at the bottom left of the screen to log into your “Not Only Coffee Rewards Programme” account directly. Complete the mobile OTP verification there, and your Eshop and loyalty accounts will sync successfully.

Step 3: Shop & Earn

Once successfully linked, your accounts will sync automatically moving forward. Simply proceed to checkout to earn noc Coins on your order!

How to Check Your Sync Status?

Not sure if your accounts are successfully connected? Simply hover your cursor over the floating “noc 5%” button at the bottom left of your screen. A small progress box will appear to show your current setup step. When the coloured progress ring disappears, your accounts are successfully synced and you are ready to earn your 5% noc Coins rebate!

Things to Note

No Guest Checkout:

Checking out as a "Guest" will not earn you any noc Coins, and we are unable to issue coins retroactively for guest orders. Always remember to log in to your account before completing your purchase.

One-to-One Account Binding:

Each member's registered mobile number can only be linked to ONE Eshop email account. Please ensure you are using the correct email address, as this connection is permanent and cannot be unlinked or transferred to another user once successfully synced.

Rebate Issuance:

Your 5% noc Coins rebate will be automatically credited to your “Not Only Coffee Rewards Programme” account once your order payment is successfully confirmed.

Redeeming noc Coins:

noc Coins earned on the Eshop can be used as a direct cash deduction (1 noc Coin = HKD 1) at all our physical coffeehouses. Please note that noc Coins CANNOT be redeemed to offset Eshop transactions.
